If we look back in history, the youth are the ones who started the revolution. In today’s world, the revolution entails distributing food to those in need by community pantries.

On the eve of her birthday, a University of Asia & the Pacific student and ANIMA member decided to give back to the community.

First-year Masters in Political Economy Student Andria Terese Nicolas who is also a young entrepreneur donates essential goods to Kiwanis Club of Los Baños.

“We have lots of challenges but in spite of all those, we must still be grateful, grateful for the life and opportunity, we actually giving in our simple ways ever since but for this pandemic, we must share more and for my birthday this year, would like to take this opportunity to share.” – Andria Terese Nicolas

Andria is also the brand CEO of GlamHigh Cosmetics which she launched last year even during a pandemic and distributing nationwide. It’s one of her ways to help those who don’t have jobs right now displaced because of this global health crisis.

ANIMA, a group of actively engaged students, exists to preserve, sustain, and uphold an environment of student initiative for the University’s well-being; and to shape the most human in the person through self-knowledge, self-mastery, and spirit of self-giving in accordance with the ANIMA Values of Service, Pursuit of Excellence, and Individual Respect.

Andria Terese Nicolas is also a member of different organisations with the main objective to help out such as the Kiwanis Club of Makati and the American Association of the Philippines. She’s been awarded a plaque last time for her unwavering contribution to help the indigents.
